Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood, Flowood

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed, and the outdoor space with the fire pit was a fantastic spot for relaxing and socializing. However, the housekeeping issue we encountered on Saturday was disappointing. Overall, it was a good place, but I hope management improves the housekeeping services soon.
